For the last 25 years, our owner, Brian Haire, has been an integral part of Central Florida’s construction landscape, leaving an indelible mark on the thriving community of Brevard County.
In 2011, Brian’s experience and vision materialized in the establishment of PRC, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey. With a team of dedicated construction experts, we have been privileged to complete over 10,000 projects, contributing to the growth and development of the region.
What began as a general contracting venture with a state GC and roofing license in 2011 has blossomed into a distinctive family of companies. PRC has since evolved into an award-winning, specialized exterior contractor, standing out for our unparalleled commitment to excellence.
From our humble beginnings in a one-room office, we have grown to occupy a sprawling 3-acre space on US1 in Melbourne, FL. Our location boasts the largest exterior showroom in the Southeastern United States, a testament to our commitment to providing our clients with the finest in construction and design.

At PRC, we are not just a contractor; we are a multifaceted entity that includes Ability Windows & Doors, Brevard County’s oldest windows and door company established in 1975, and MetalTek, formerly known as Smitty’s Welding, a historic welding and metal fabrication shop founded in 1956. These additions contribute to our unique ability to offer comprehensive solutions and preserve Brevard County’s rich history.
Gallery 25 Unique Furnishings is our artistic endeavor, a creative space where innovation and design converge to bring unique furnishings to our clients. Additionally, we take pride in our philanthropic arm, Random Acts of Jesus, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, dedicated to giving back to the community through construction services and various other initiatives aimed at making Brevard a better place.
